The YMCA is committed to Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility. While many believe that the YMCA is only about exercise, it is truly devoted to balancing the mind, body, and spirit. It has numerous programs aimed at achieving this end for people of all ages, with family at its core. Children and teens develop positive values through the programs offered by the Y, which helps them grow into wiser, healthier adults. The YMCA is also dedicated to giving back, in the hopes that the seeds they plant will bloom into stronger communities.
