Home Inspections:
A Home and Roof Inspection is the visual assessment of all accessible areas of the house’s interior and exterior. All homes — even new ones — are likely to have problems, but the good thing is that all problems have solutions! Any defects I find will be included in my easy-to-read inspection report, arming you with the knowledge you need to have the right repairs made and to make informed decisions about buying or selling the property.
Commercial Inspections:

All commercial properties — even new ones — are likely to have problems, but the good thing is that all problems have solutions! Any defects I find will be included in my easy-to-read inspection report, arming you with the knowledge you need to have the right repairs made and to make informed decisions about buying or selling the property.
Foundation Inspections:
I have over 20 years of experience building and repairing foundations, so I am often called out to inspect foundations as a stand-alone service. A Foundation Inspection can also be performed as an ancillary service.
Roof Inspections:
If possible, I will get up on the roof of a building to give it a thorough assessment. A Roof Inspection can be performed as stand-alone or an ancillary service.
Bank Progress Payment Inspections:
I will go out to a building site to determine the progress that has been made. In my report, I compare the percentage of progress made with what is being asked on the loan draw.
Drone Roof Inspections:
I use my DJI Phantom 4 drone to inspect the roofs of large commercial buildings or homes that are over 28’ tall / 3 stories or more.
Mold Testing
Mold Testing is an ancillary service. It can be performed at a later date or sometimes at the time of the Inspection itself. After I install the air pump and collect samples, I send them to a lab. It typically takes 2-3 days until the lab report is ready.
