Jim was wonderful to work with. He allowed me to record our conversations so I could use that against Home Depot. HD did a horrendous job on my roof, I had to hire Jim to give us a professional option. Jim came to my house on the weekend under an emergency premise which was greatly appreciated and saved us $11k. We were able to have HD completely re-do the roof for free and got free gutters out of the ordeal.

I appreciated that he gave very clear advise and provided referrals for work that was recommended. His report was very clear, detailed and complete.
